Positive and negative stress is a constant influence on all of our lives; the key is to maximize the positive and to minimize the negative. The Stress Management workshop will give participants a three-option method for addressing any stressful situation. Participants will be shown how stress can be both positive and negative, and will examine the Triple A approach that will form the basis of this workshop. In addition, participants will be provided with a toolbox of personal skills to use when managing stress including establishing routines, relaxation techniques, maintaining a stress log system, and implementing lifestyle changes.
